The Nairobi International Airshow is the ultimate
event for 2007. Held at Wilson Airport on Sunday 7th October, the
Airshow will commence at 10:00am with back to back entertainment throughout
the whole day, comprising of local and foreign air displays, alongside
various ground attractions including Centre Stage, featuring local
Kenyan performers and Kids Zone with treasure hunts, jugglers, acrobats,
storytellers and a very active mini assault course.
Along side this, the Airshow will play host to the first Kenyan Aviation
Career Day, taking place at The Village. Also within The Village are
two exhibitions celebrating 80th anniversary for the Aeroclub East
Africa and 60th anniversary of breaking the sound barrier, and various
exhibitors providing an excellent opportunity for retail therapy with
a vast array of gifts and homeware.
